Meet Your Guide
Keziah Nduro, a University of Northern Colorado psychology graduate and U.S. Navy veteran, was inspired to write a journal based on her struggles with anxiety. Her book, "60 Psalms: A Prayer Journal For The Weary And Anxious Mind," shares her experiences and reflective activities alongside scripture, aiming to help others achieve peace of mind through journaling the psalms and biblical frameworks.

Frequently asked questions
Will this replace my anxiety meds?
No! If you are on medication please continue to take your medication. Continue to follow your doctor's orders. This challenge, journal, and workbook are aids in conjunction to your treatments to help you build your faith and trust in God.
Will this cure my anxiety?
No claims of curing or healing has been made by either the author or Prayly LLC. The 60 Psalms journal, workbook and all other accompaniments are designed to help you on your journey to living in a more calmer mind.
Are purchases final?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items i.e. prayer journal and workbook. However, if you are unsatisfied with your results, money back is guaranteed at the end of the five days if you attend ALL five days of training and are an active participant in all activities.
When will I get my order?
Digital downloads will be delivered immediately, while physical copies of the journal will be delivered within 14days of your order. This is why is it important to sign up early so that you can have all challenge materials ready to go.
Where will the lives be?
Google Meet: A Google Meet link will be sent out each day prior to the live event.
Will there be replays?
Yes, replays will be available at the end of each day.
What is included in the challenge?
All participants will receive the coil bound version of the 60 Psalms prayer journal, it will be mailed directly to them. You will also receive a printable digital workbook in PDF form.
I am not Christian, will this work for me?
God is in the business of helping all who come to Him. Although you do not have to be Christian to still benefit from this challenge, the teachings, workbook, and journals are all based on the Bible. If that is something that you do not align with or have issues with then this program will not be a good fit for you.
How does the five day challenge work?
Each day the challenge training will run from 12-1pm, with additional time for Q&A. In the evening you are encouraged to complete your journal entries for that day.
Challenge Refund Policy
At Prayly LLC, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional programs and journals while ensuring outstanding value. We recognize that there may be occasions when a refund is requested, and to maintain fairness and transparency, we have established the following refund policy.
We want you to gain the most from our challenge! If you participated actively but feel that it didn’t meet your expectations, you can request a refund after the challenge concludes on Friday. To be eligible, you must:
- Complete all daily tasks, including posting in the community with either a video or a written paragraph about your lessons learned.
- Attend each session with your camera on and engage actively in discussions and activities during our live sessions.
- Submit the completed sheets from your workbook for each day along with your refund request.
Please note that due to the nature of this challenge, a full refund cannot be provided. The cost of the journal and workbook will be deducted from your total amount.
All refunds must be made within 48 hours of the challenge completion. After 48 hours you will not be able to request a refund.
