A free 5-day devotional journal using the Psalms to quiet anxious thoughts, bring light into dark nights, and lead you back to peace, one prayer at a time.
"The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear?"

God didn't design your nights for fear. He designed them for rest.
This journal will help you find your way back.
Anxiety hits hardest at night because in the absence of light, darkness rules. Tonight you'll discover how inviting God as your Light makes Him your Salvation and Stronghold against the dark.
Your anxious thoughts, feelings, and memories are an army waging war against your mind. Tonight you'll learn to see them as your foe and remember who your Stronghold is.
To dwell in God's house is simply to be in His presence. Choosing to pray instead of spiral, worship instead of worry, read instead of self-soothe. Tonight that choice becomes your practice.
Even David shifted from shouting for joy to crying out "hear my voice." Tonight you'll learn that it's okay to wonder if God is listening, and what to do in those moments.
When everyone leaves you in your darkest nights, the Lord receives you. Tonight you'll close with the truth that God is the Parent who never abandons, and He is guiding you on a straight path.
This isn't about eliminating anxiety overnight. It's about building a biblical nightly practice, a rhythm of surrender, that makes the dark feel less overwhelming every time it comes.
By the end of this journal, you'll have walked through Psalm 27, built a personal prayer from each section, and discovered what it means to let God be your Light, Salvation, and Stronghold when the night gets loud.
How To Use This Journal
When is your anxiety worst? Use the journal right before bed if anxiety hits at sleep time, or at 3AM if that's when it peaks.
Each night, read the full chapter of Psalm 27 from your Bible. Underline words, phrases, or verses that stand out to you.
After reading, read that night's devotional message and reflect: What stuck out most? What did you need to hear?
Write your prayer. There are no prompts. Let the Word of God and your emotions guide you. This is your honest conversation with Him.
All you need is a Bible and something to write with.
And the willingness to show up for 5 nights.
For 14 years, anxiety was a constant occurance, especially at night. I prayed for miracles. I waited for healing. I self medicated and tried the breathing exercises.
It wasn't until I stopped praying for an escape and started walking through it with God, through the Psalms, through prayer, through surrender, that something finally shifted.
This free journal is where that journey begins. I'm Keziah Nduro, Navy veteran, psychology graduate, author of the 60 Psalms Prayer Journal, and someone who knows exactly what 3AM anxiety feels like.
There is hope for healing.
